Water Supply Shutdown & System Preparation  Begin by turning off the water supply. Then, press and hold down the pedal to keep the flush ball in the fully open position.  2. Old Seal Removal  Firmly grasp the underside of the worn seal and pull it away to completely remove it from its seating.  3. Surface Cleaning & Preparation  Thoroughly clean the rim and bowl surface where the previous seal was installed, ensuring the area is free of debris and residue.  4. Flush Mechanism Reset  Release the flush pedal, allowing the flush ball to return to its natural closed position.  5. New Seal Installation  Ensure the flush ball is clean and closed. Position the new seal and press it down firmly around the entire perimeter until it is securely seated in place.  6. Lubrication Application  Reopen the flush ball and apply a suitable lubricant to the areas where the gasket will make contact with the flush ball surface.  7. System Check & Leak Test  Turn the water supply back on. Fill the bowl with water and carefully inspect all connections to confirm there are no leaks.
